NEX / PBD weekly update
The NEX renewable energy index had another good week, last week. This index is the basis for 20 Stock Portfolio component, PowerShares Global Clean Energy Portfolio (PBD: 13.326 +0.016 +0.12%). The NEX index gained 5.1% for the week. Listed below are the top gainers and losers for the week from the 80+ portfolio. One of the reason I really like PBD is than no stock is more than 2.5% of the portfolio is in any one stock and the portfolio is balanced to seven different sectors in the renewable energy world.
