Housing Bill: Big tax breaks for home buyers

While reading through the WSJ coverage of the recently passed housing bill (not yet signed by the President), this line caught my eye. Should definitely push the demand side.

First-time homebuyers purchasing a home between April of this year and through June of next year would receive a tax credit for 10% of the value of their home, up to $7,500,

All this new stimuli, the value. The demand side in their home. From there we headed all of the demand side to a home of the President.

Is this not something the dems wanted .
I agree with for bail outs. If you can not pay for it
sell it or give it back.
Bail outs are just another type of gov’t subsidy
something you ,I and Tim have to pay for .
